I can’t have a normal conversation because my mind is failing and I lose my words. Ì can barely walk and likely soon I’ll be using a walker. Which sucks because my house has lots of stairs. My eyes are doing poorly and driving at night is terrifying. Often it’s like I forget to breathe and then gasp for air. Ì can’t remember anything without constant reminders. Ì have to get people to help with my meds. Ì look like I’ve aged 20 years just in the last year. I’m 50 and I feel like 90.
I am so sorry to hear this…can you have someone else drive? I am so worried about you.
Are you getting fish oil and all your nutrients? Are you exercising? You’re too young to have these problems! Could it be caused by something other than age?
I only drive on the highway during the day if need be. In town there are lots of lights so it doesn’t bother me. I’ll be okay. Thanks for caring

When they did the ecg they said there was abnormalities but nothing too concerning. But with the orthostatic hypotension getting worse my Dr thinks maybe there is something wrong with my heart. I am having a stress test on Thursday. I can barely walk because I fall often which makes exercise nearly impossible.
The orthostatic hypotension makes me constantly dizzy when I walk. As far as my mind i have to write down the steps to what I have to do that day and still have to check it over and over again. When I speak I forget words or forget what I’m talking about so I just stop mid sentence

Well, trying to offer constructive criticism here, but… Your diet is not at all healthy from what I see you posting. I know it’s challenging to get enough fruit and veg on a limited income, but… Ya gotta try.
I’m trying to clean up my own diet. Breakfast is a banana and a piece of whole grain toast. Lunch will be a bean mixture I make that I roll up in a “burrito shell” that is actually two scrambled eggs cooked large and flat. Supper will be roast chicken, a cup of green beans, and half a cup of rice. I’m taking shots of V8 juice thru the day for more veg. I’ve been perking up the past two weeks that I’ve been doing this.
And, yes, any exercise that you can do. If you fall over, try sitting down and waving arms or pedaling your legs in the air. It’s a start?
