@neveragain might be willing to share his experiences with you.
Fortunately, I only get that once a month.
(It’s a PMS joke. See?)
TMS is used for all sorts of different medical applications and the application for depression is what I’m diong currently. Yet the doctors said that if I wanted to try after this therapy we could try it out for hallucinations but there just isn’t much data out there about schizophrenia treatment through TMS.
It can be very effective however and my therapy is every weekday for 45 minutes. There’s no risk involved it feels like a small tapping shock every minute and they spray the magnets onto your head.
Since it’s very new it was hard for me to get the therapy at first because they didn’t have staff or a specific doctor for their machine which was just collecting dust. But a new doctor came in with much experience from it and has really helped out a bunch.
Are a few articles on the site think it’s mostly for voices though. I presume @firemonkey would be the one to ask.
