i need some houseplants to spruce up my place. I don’t know what to get. I have 2 sunny windows and a window that is shaded. any suggestions? I don’t know what to get. @anon4362788, do you have any houseplants?
my caseworker said she would give me an elephant ear she had, but she never did. I don’t want to ask her about it though.
im also thinking about hanging up some blue icicle lights in my library and living room…haha very 2000’s. I would do it but don’t want a big electric bill. I used to have some blue lights when I was in college and they were always a hit.
I have jade plant from cuttings and this one called kitty ears. It is a furry vine the turns red-purple in sunlight exposure. Also a woody philodendron from a cutting. My cats killed my other stuff. I like vines for windows. Sweet heart philodendron is easy to grow in water.
If you’d like I could send you a piece of the kitty ears when it gets bigger. I’d root you one. It grows fast.

We have had a purple waffle plant for over two years.
My attempt at having plants indoors does not have a good track record. Lots of plants died in my not so good care. So I admire them from afar.
I have an aloe vera plant, a variety succulent bowl, a bonsai tree, another succulent, a snake plant, and a tall tree in the corner that I can’t remember the name of.
I like succulents, pretty to me and easy to care for
