On my holiday my mom came to visit she is a member on this board known as Joy Of Life she is 82 years old and lives in Louisiana she has traveled up to Kansas to see me as we have not seen each other for over 3 years

I went swimming today in the pool. I did 20 lengths. It was the first time I swam in years. Will be doing it again.
