Hiya people - Was half expecting a suspension notice when i logged back in. :smiley:

The short reason is i disappeared is cos i lost the plot. Was back on the vodka - and my mind was all messy due to the mal-adaptive relationships i was keeping.

My paliperadone jabs been increased to 150 every 4 weeks. And ive now got Haldol tablets to take PRN, instead on the Quetiapine.

Sorry i was a flaming nightmare. Basically i banned myself - cos i could see i was potentially pissing people off.
