I want to do this again, but after years of doing it i’m so tired of making chicken, etc. It’s so much easier eating carbs lol

I eat a lot of protein and it hasn’t done too much for my depression. It may not work for everyone.

Ive tried the diet and my depression didnt even wave as it stormed into town.

Just an fyi it may take some time to getting used to because our brains are so hooked on dopamine from the sugar a lot of us consume that it’s like an addiction.
I’m sure you already knew that but just a note if you ever decide to try it again.
