Hi guys I got a question to ask. Lol

If your goal is avoiding customer interactions, many of these jobs would be outside regular business hours (e.g., night jobs).

Yes.

It’s not good to work in the night for health reasons. And social timings.

However fortunately there might be a few jobs that are still not fully night. Maybe early starts or late ends that’s OK.

Maybe you do cleaning on your own like start your own small business. You can choose natural cleaning products and chose preferable hours and circumstances

I’m considering working 7 days a week because I have a tonne of debts.

Stocking shelves got very lonely for me. I don’t wish that on anyone.

I used to be the same way. I wanted a job where I was alone. I wish now, I would have tried truck driving, because I like to travel. They probably don’t have as much in the UK. It would probably be better cleaning in a hotel. I bought my first car doing that. Have you ever thought of being an RN? They make a lot of money. I know you wouldn’t be alone, but you’d be financially independent.

I couldn’t be a nurse. I can’t even feel OK about drawing blood.

You made me think about when I was working on a tv program similar to extreme make over home edition, there was a guy laying tiles and he said he loved the job cause he didn’t have to be in contact with others. But yeah, I don’t know if tile laying is only a solo job lol.

Keeping many jobs seems to be about, not only what you are able to do; but, also, what you are willing to do.

Google AI seems to think that laying tile hurts your knees. Maybe you’ll be able to trade that for people leaving you alone more; but, I don’t know.

I am acquainted with a guy who layed tile until his knees gave out. He eventually became a landlord after flipping houses. He still has the knees that gave out, though.

If you work in a kitchen you just cook the food and dont deal with customers directly idk though

It’s too much pressure. I’ve tried it. You need to cook a lot. And how many customers you get is unpredictable. I have an autism mind. I like predictability.

Fair enough. Maybe an uber eats driver would be good you just have to hand ppl food and drive around

And, at least at Door Dash, I think some people click “leave on porch:”

@Zoe

Do you love animals? If so, you may be able to get a job walking dogs, or you can apply for an entry-level job at a boarding or grooming business. If no jobs are available, you can ask to volunteer to get some experience.

I wish, but the grocery store I was at didn’t allow it.

I do like animals. Not a bad idea.

If you do work with animals, as I did for a while, be prepared to interact with owners who want their pets treated a certain way:

This is a really good idea.
