I haven’t been on here for a while sad news to read that my friend @Noise was kicked off again. Sucks because I thought this was a no judgement place and a place for support! But anyways how’s life treating you? My schizo is managing and staying controlled my meds are working great and I’m going to therapy regularly. Can’t complain about life at all!

I’m wide awake. I took some strong headache medicine a few hours ago.
Life has been treating me fairly well. I’ve taken up guitar lessons, so that’s occupying a good chunk of my time 
.

Haha, I’m drinking Folgers at the moment it’s good stuff. Nothing fancy, not bottom of the barrel either.
Guitar is going great! I’m coming up with some pretty good riffs these days. Lots of punk and metal type stuff.

I need coffee bad right now but I had to cut down I was starting to shake if I went one hour without drinking coffee. So for now no more coffee after 8pm

Yeah I was drinking a lot and mixing it with Monster and Red Bull’s so I was definitely having to much caffeine

I play a little bit of everything to be honest. Mostly punk rock type stuff. But I also play a little metal, Blues, rock, folk, and country type stuff.

my day has been pretty bad. The voices just got louder I feel like isht and I have to go to my pdoc for an appointment

Mornings are usually a good time for me. Evenings can be bad. All in all, life is okay.
Hello I’m new here. My new meds aren’t working great but doing better than I was. I’m learning my way around here. I’m 35 married mother of 2 from kentucky.
