Can you say a little more about your experience?
I hear voices. They can seemingly do things like making a building shake. They mock me relentlessly. The tv and music regularly communicate with me. Movies and tv shows seem to play as if they are live. When im around others they seem to speak to my thoughts. Theyre pretty mean. I have thought insertion as well.
Yup sounds like schizophrenia to me. You’re gonna be OK though. It’s a road of recovery. The meds will make most of that stuff go away in time but it can take a while to find the right med and the right dose plus they take a couple months to take full effect. I have sz too. This forum is helpful. Do you have any questions about it? It’s just a condition it’s by no means the end of life, but it changes things. It’s a hassle in some ways but we all have our struggles.

I think of it as a condition. Id say surf around the forum, use the search button and do some research. Give the meds a chance even though I know it’s scary. You’re gonna be OK. Or good, alright? Better than ok. Life is taking a turn but it’s gonna be good.

I posted a link of a lecture about it. I’m watching it now haven’t seen it yet so not sure if it’s any good or if it helps but you might get something out of it.
