I am thankfully feeling much better. It’s an off and on thing now instead of constant. And even when I’m feeling crappy it isn’t as bad as it was.

That’s awesome!!! I love when I see family. I feel like just me and not schizophrenic Krystyna. I don’t think that’s all I am but it is a big part of my life and I’ve changed a lot since getting diagnosed.

Oh I’m just binging on Family Guy still. I’m gonna go see my friend Oliver later. I just love that four legged fur ball. No coffee? My gramma has this thing for drinking warm milk with butter and pepper. Must be a German thing. Idk! Luv her bunches though.
