Today I spent 3 hours gross at the health club, with about 53 minutes net of intense rowing.
It was not my best performance but it was OK.
I do 4 sets to exhaustion(rest in between), or 3 if I reach the hour mark of net rowing before that.
And my performance improves with each set.
Today I paid attention to my rowing technique and it is good.

I go to the gym too, usually for one hour and a half.
why do you want a cure for sz… ???
