Same, bro. On texting and writing I can pass as normal, but when it comes talking, I tank miserably. My speech is very stuttering and disorganized. Sometimes I’ll say something that makes sense to me, but the other person is like, “what the hell you just say”?

@John_Raven I do this too! I can write eloquently but speech and talking are very jumbled and disorganized for me too.
