I’ve basically been up since 2:30. Fell asleep around midnight. Woke up at about 2:30 from nightmares. Not really nightmares though. Dreaming and having flashbacks. So dreaming about traumatic memories. Dealt with lovely panic attack upon waking. A lot of anxiety after. Finally fell asleep at around 5. Was asleep for only a couple minutes. Woke up again from same nightmare. Dealt with panic. Absolutley exhausted. Fell asleep about 5:30. Asleep for a minute. Same thing. Nightmare, panic attack, anxiety. And it’s now 6 and I’m tired but absolutely terrified of falling asleep. So I’m watching netflix documentaries. Tonight’s kind of been absolute hell.
I saw a nightmare that I had shaved beard. Omg
