It’s alright, I have been there before. Everything is going to be ok. What works for me is telling myself that I won’t be afraid. Sometimes the world takes me to a dark place where I am, but I just tell myself that I am going to stop living in fear. You can do it too.

I was kind of triggered by a movie today that is both rewarding and triggering. It’s called “A beautiful mind” it’s actually pretty good but it hit on the right spots of schizophrenia and now it has triggered some of my symptoms

It’s nothing special, it just annoys me how he still keeps dropping names.
There are a few songs I like, like ‘Darkness’, ‘Farewell’, ‘Stepdad’, that actually have meaning behind them.
It’s an okay album. He really needs to stop dissing other people and just get back to story telling IMO.

I tried to listen to rap, but I still can’t get into it. At 38 seconds in he says “f— the world”. I think that’s just sending a message I can’t agree with. I have felt that way before but the more I think about it, the less I believe it’s what we need to make a better world.
