I have a cousin that was real close with a lot of the grunge movement leaders in Seattle,
Her stories are out of this world.

I was an eighties kid. I listened to The Pixies. I listened to punk. Grunge came along later for me and wasn’t really a huge fan. Yeah I listened to EArly Nirvana like Bleach…and I loved the screaming trees…but I can appreciate it…it just wasn’t my scene so to speak. It was amazing when Nevermind went crazy on the normal radio…that was unexpected but it really was a good record…that paved the way for Pearl Jam and the others for sure…everyone wanted a Seattle band!
