I believe that card games help people with cognitive problems, Years ago I played poker with my father who had dementia and this helped his thinking. Do you have similar experiences?
Maybe try Lumosity.com, which I am a member off. If you play 30 minuttes every day, studys has shown significant improvement. Even if you only play the 5-10 minuttes they recomend, its relatively fun. It has 50 million memebers and you can see your rank.

The free!! game above has been shown in research to increase problem solving capacity by 40% after 19 days of play, 20 minutes per day. That’s estimated to be an IQ increase of 10%, and I’ve read online of some people gaining a 20% increase in IQ after 3 months of play.
I used to play spades with friends, since I quit drinking I haven’t really played cards that much though. I also play the card game called, (munchkin).
A lot of card games and table games can improve cognition and problem solving skills. I am terrible at most of them. I enjoy a sociable game of spades, or some other simple game, though. I don’t gamble well. It’s better for me to stay away from that.
