I found her to be a bit new agey. Not very helpful and potentially could make a schizophrenic worse with her ideas. Just my opinion though

It’s the first time I hear about this book. The title sounds pretentious. As if my life was definitely unhealthy by the writer’s standards.
Imho NOBODY (read that twice) knows enough to be able to give advice that’s useful for EVERYONE else.
Yes, we’re that much different and unique.
