Physically rarely. Psychologically, and emotionally often just like I hurt myself psychologically and emotionally.

I threatened to stab two nurses in the neck cause I thought they were conspiring with my dad and police to take my son away from me.
The other day I had intrusive violent thoughts and I hit this teenage boy in the head. The police inserted these thought in my head and neck I lashed out. I’m not normally like that
