If you mean dreaming you woke up from a dream and going into another dream instead, yes I have done that.
Been there, Dreamed that I was getting electrocuted to stop my heart by two evil beings with human faces. They were wanting to retrieve my soul…but I kept screaming every time they applied that low-level energy volt, and it woke me up.
The neighbors had run over to me to see why I was screaming, shook me awake, and I woke up in my bed all alone.
Yeah. I kept waking up into a new dream and trying to start my day. Every time I woke up it got worse.

Had it once, it was during a sleep-paralyses, it was the most strangest thing! I remember saying to myself that I was dreaming and had to wake up… After finally waking up, I realized I was still dreaming and needed to wake up!
It was a real struggle to finally wake up for real… It felt really weird after! Haha
I couldn’t tell if I have, I’ve visited the afterlife a few times.it looks like earth. I was walking up to a family friend who was digging in her purse she’s been dead since 1999.
I fell asleep on my bed… had a dream i walked in the living room and layed on the couch and fell asleep… in the dream within a dream i was abducted by aliens… and i woke up in the yard… hasnt happend before or since… and i dont sleep walk…
