It’s bizarre how we live in a weird suspended state mentally with regards to climate change, it’s going to hit the fan. ■■■■ is going to change dramatically for our generation and children yet to come.

Apparently the studys validity is questionable tho, so we’ll have to wait and see

I have been living with non-stop climate warnings since I was a kid in the 70s. The thing everyone panics over changes every few months but the panic is constant.

We’re still here.

Are you denying climate change?

No, I’ve watched it change all through my life. I notice that I’m living where there used to be frozen tundra so it looks like it has changed a lot before I was born.

I hope that we can manage it, but it’s scary when I think that the next hundred years will show the change that we keep talking about.
I don’t want to talk too much about it because it gets into politics

At the rate that humans seem to be trashing planet Earth it can’t be good news for the planet or for the living things that call the earth home. I feel very sorry for future generations.

BTW @FreeLunch, if you care about the planet as much as you say you do then STOP FLYING in aircraft. It is one of the very worst things you can do. You say it’s an emergency but you’re not acting like it.

I’m taking a bus back to Atlanta. I don’t know how I’m getting back yet from there. I will consider your words.

Plus I haven’t been on a vacation for like 5 years.

I agree it’s really tragic stuff. I know I’ve contributed but I am trying to be better in my actions where possible. It’s so tragic atm. Hopefully things become more serious with how humanity react to it.
