I made some research online, heard about latuda, i heard it increase motivation, energy levels, rebalances the brain, anyone on it. Im on geodon right now.

I’m on 120 mg of Latuda, and it works fine for me. Results may vary.

I was on 80-120mg. Its a weaker med than others, weaker than Abilify. I had less negative symptoms on it and was able to work full time for 9 months BUT I had paranoia and occasional catatonia. The more the med blocks dopamine the more negative symptoms but the lower the positive symptoms.
Also it gave me bad nausea and akathisia. I was taking Benzatropine for akathisia.
Remember that your experience will be likely different.
okay because i think geodon is causing me heart problems, i need to change medications, whats better latuda or abilify what do you recommend man.
also i heard about * Asenapine (Saphris) did you ever heard about this one.
Thats a pill that dissolves under the tongue, a user here said it tastes bad.
Abilify was the best for my negative symptoms.
okay, im going to tell my pdoc to put me on abilify, hopfully i wont have anymore heart problems. I dont think its my preworkout before i was taking preworkouts my heart was fine, after i increase my geodon then it all started.

hopefully i dont get akathisia, but theres med for that i cant take right so i dont get it.
I didn’t get akathisia from Abilify even at 25mg but if you get akathisia Benzatropine stops it.

what does abilify do to the brain.
Its different from other antipsychotics. It stimulates dopamine where its low and it blocks dopamine where its high. Its a partial dopamine agonist.

does latuda do the samething.
No Latuda is a full dopamine antagonist. I had more emotions on Abilify but not sure about motivation which one is better.

I’m on 37mg of Latuda, it is one of the best antipsychotics, but I think Abilify can be even better.
I would try it first.

Why? Latuda is sedative like other normal antipsychotics.

You should talk to your doctor about the pros and cons of different medications. Side effects vary person to person as does efficacy. Don’t make med choices based on strangers who are taking the drug because your experience will be completely different.

yea i meeting tommorow with my pdoc. I guess your right. I just want an opinion. Im thinking latuda looks better.
