There doesn’t seem to be alot of information about this so I don’t know…
I know it’s a blood thinner and you have to have regular blood testing if you use it. It’s used for prevent blood clots and strokes normally. My guess is people may been taking it for these reasons and they noticed it may have helped sz.
I looked it up in my med book. Warfarin (aka Coumadin) interferes with hepatic sythesis of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors preventing thromboembolic events. Its metabolized by the liver. Here’s a study you can read from nih:
