Blood sugar was good, even slightly low, so got an black cherry malt for my mom and me.

I buy some ice cream through breyers it’s called carb smart ice cream, it has low sugar. They got a good amount of flavors.

I like Ben & Jerry’s. Haven’t had any for 6 or 7 years though. I’ve only bought ice cream about 4 times in the last 8 years since I’ve been in this apartment.

we have an ice cream chain here called Braum’s in Oklahoma…only Texas and Oklahoma have Braum’s, it’s a family owned business…wonderful ice cream…our favorite is peppermint.
