Oklahoma and parts of Texas have Braum’s ice cream stores…they serve breakfast and dinner inside and through the drive thru…but their ice cream is the best…better than Baskin Robbins but I miss the variety of flavors from Baskin Robbins…you guys have an ice cream chain in your state?

We have Baskin Robins and we used to have Swenson’s all over the place but they closed down years ago. We also had Farrel’s which was popular when I was in high school. It was a funny place, they used to make huge ice cream dishes like a double banana split and huge sundaes and an ice cream dish with ten scoops of ice cream. If you finished one by yourself the employees would come to your table and beat a drum and play a harmonica and sing a song do everybody in the whole shop knew you had finished one of those special dishes, lol.

I believe they call that ten scoop dish “the piggy”…? I remember those !!

there are Dairy Queens in other towns near us…I would kill for Dairy Queen right now.

Whitey’s , Tasty Freeze, Dairy Queen in my city. Probably others that I am not aware of or am not thinking of atm.

We have Joes Italian ice down here in Arizona. So yummy although I haven’t had it in a while due to being on a keto diet

We have braums, Andy’s frozen yogurt, steak and shake, and Dairy Queen. I’ve been hitting up braums a lot lately. Their ice cream is the best and it’s not expensive.

Cornwall is renowned for ice cream :icecream: Among the best are Kelly’s, Moonmaid of Zennor and Jelberts.
