Idk if I could write down things when I am Listening to my Thoughts while unwell, I remember I was too unwell and lost in the Moment to be lucid enough to write anything down.
I still think My Illness was a bit more spiritual than mental last time.
Sounds like violent voices. Just ignore them.

Ive had ones like that
The last one i recall told me it was an alien
And said
“Go into the kitchen and get that serraded knife and slit your throat right now. You know what? Wait you probably wont do that so just take that belt in your closet and hang your self with it immediately.”
And other ones telling me to push people into traffic and stuff
And so on…
Its disturbing but its just the brain screwing up.
