I was taking risperdal and got gynecomastia. I nipples are still tender and it’s been three months off the drug and on Latuda. Are my nipples always going to hurt from now on? Did risperdal do permanent damage to my body
It might not be permanent, it just takes time for the effects to go away.
You can always see a doctor if they dont vanish in a few months.
I am on Risperdal and still get some breast pain once in a while, I wonder if this can be dangerous?
I brought it up to my pdoc and she kind of dismissed it, she really wants me on this drug.
If you wanna switch I highly recommend Latuda as long as your man enough to deal with the restlessness taking a benzodiazepine and propranolol it’s a good med low side effects

I dont know if I could handle the Akathisia and anxiety Latuda brings - Im usually way too amped up as it is.

Lol I got the same thing I’m now on Latuda too hopefully this goes away, I’ve been having some insane dreams while on Latuda Otherwise it’s done a good job of muting the voices.

I wish Latuda was cheaper. I would go back to work.
