There are people with sz who have no ability to function whatsoever. They’re given over completely to their tormentors. Don’t think that’s positive? You’re not one of those.

Recovery is a reality. Many people with schizophrenia improve in some ways. If a person is typing on a computer and you’re not locked up in jail or a psychiatric hospital somewhere than that is improvement.

Being human and being alive is a blessing. We are all uniquely miraculous, you included. I have bad days too. Had one today. I definitely get down but I believe that there is good in the world and I keep on keepin’ on.
hey my negative symptoms are anhedonia and abit of alogia that has improved
They are both working on their own time but improving btw!
