I’m sorry to hear that @Rainstorm.
One reason I work is to not have loneliness, during the day, during the week when my kids are at school and my husband is working. I’m not telling you to work. Loneliness is just a common, reoccurring feeling for me when I’m home alone. I’m not sure if you’re home alone.
Can you volunteer? It’s not that I spend all day talking with people at work, but I do talk to people a little and I’m distracted and around people instead of home by myself. Volunteering might help the feeling of loneliness too.

I work part time, and the social interaction really is a necessity to stay mentally healthy. Knowing what I know I guess I would volunteer somewhere if I couldn’t work.

Im trying to have a relationship with my cousins but its hard when they ignore me half the time. I know they love me I really do IDK though I think one of them is depressed and the other one is super busy.
