Greatest dream you ever had

Has to be when I was in jail. Dreamt I could jump hundreds of feet into the air, jumped through karst mountains in China or something. It was exhilarating. Never been so overjoyed by a dream.

I think the most memorable dream I have was one I had after I had done a lot of meditation. What was so special about this dream was that it started as a nightmare but because of the acceptance I had practiced through meditation made it into a good dream. I was being thrown around in the air by an invisible force, I was really scared, but then I started to enjoy being thrown around, it turned into bliss. It was all because I had meditated so much that I started to accept my bad dreams, and what you accept is never bad.

My greatest was my most frightening. At the time I was very religious, and the dream involved getting into a certain afterlife. I was given three tries, and I couldn’t get in. It was very, very real. When I dwell on it, it still bothers me, though I can’t say I consider myself religious nowadays. But that kind of thing still sticks with you.

I had a vivid dream shortly after my grandad passed away where he told me he had to leave, and when I asked him when he’d be back he just hugged me tight and I woke up crying.

I’ve had so many elaborate dreams. I would say the one I most find appealing is the idiot. It is just faceless and less concerned with skin tone or gender, it does things, like haul stones or bricks. To what end is to be determined.

I don’t remember the exact dream but any dream where I can fly. Those are my favorite. Hadn’t had it in a while though.

I like dreams where I am floating in the sky

I like the ones where I become aware of it. So I test it. In one i was in my parents house, my dad comes home from work I ask him what time it is. He says 530. Then I ask my mom as well cuz shes also there she says 6pm. Then im like ah I know. Then i float down the stairs. Then i decide to fly out the windows and off the sundeck.

Or asking people in the dream questions. One time i told one i knew i was in a dream they got annoyed and just said “so?” then another one said the dreammaker is coming for you so i had to run and i found a door that opened into a white room.

Oddball dreams as usual for me

I used to get a lot of closed eye hallucinations. Those were way more intense than any dream ive experienced.

One there was jesus flying through the sky spinning like a bolt of lightning through the clouds up to this giant cloud outside the atmosphere. There was a giant lion roaring on top of it, so i turned around and these massive red snakes popped out of the clouds and the lion jumped down this cloud slide to battle them.

Othertimes I would be in space and there would be crazy advanced warfare battles going on. Or i could fly around to other planets and explore them.
Or other times id be in the earth core and exploring all the molten lava which i thought maybe it was hell

If it makes sense I could also see them with my eyes open in the back of my mind. They would just appear and id be like hmmm i wonder what that is so id just close my eyes and explore it.

Well, they were great dreams but bittersweet dreams. After my dad died for about a month afterward I had very vivid, very realistic dreams where he was alive in my dreams and we would hold long conversations just like in real life and in a few of the dreams we would even marvel at how we got to talk even though he had died. I still dream of him occasionally but they are not so realistic and he only plays a “bit part” in the dream and isn’t the main focus., They’re still good dreams though.

i had alot of great dreams, the best was where i felt like everything is right and i was peaceful, no longer lonely or angry and having conversations with friends and laughing, sometimes being in love and forgetting about my real life, sometimes if the dreams were long tho id start to question if i would ever wake up and upon waking up feeling kinda sad that ill probably never experience the same thing again. most of the time these werent lucid dreams tho as my lucid dreams were much wilder like having superpowers

Wow! Lucky you!! When I spent about 18 hours in a county jail in a suburb of Omaha, Nebraska, they gave me a short cement slab to sleep on. No mattress, pillow, blankets, nothing. And it was super cold and very noisy. The cops had their TV on really loud all night. @Freelunch
