I asked her aren’t they a multi disciplinary team. She said yes and asked in a snotty way what do I want them to do. I said you don’t end up in er with a broken leg and have the nurses ask what do you want of them! That pissed her off. Ha!

Hey @anon20613941 I’m sorry the nurse was a dick, but your family will surely help with this problem. Sounds like just paperwork. Only a matter of finding the right person to make a small computer entry.

Yeah gonna ask my dad to go to the sorting office tomorrow to straighten everything out. Hopefully everything will work out.

Worst case scenario, have your mail delivered to a post office box until the issue gets resolved.
