My son in law called wanting help with the kids so he could go to the laundry mat. So I went with him and we all hung out there while he got the laundry done. Then we did some shopping. Now he’s headed out to the lodge for 3 nights so I won’t see them probably for 3 days unless he comes and picks me up to watch the baby while he goes swimming with the 2 year old. That would be nice.

He’s doing really well. Seems to have everything under control so far. I talked to my daughter she is claiming she will take the kids every other week. But she won’t tell me where she is staying. And yesterday she yelled at me for seeing her kids and not informing her. I don’t know who she thinks she is.

He’s on his way back, he forgot the formula. I told my daughter he was on his way over and she wanted to come over to see the kids. So I said yes. She just showed up with the other man. I asked her point blank if they were together and she said yes.

You can’t help her messing up her own life.
Just focus on your grandbabies and hope that she comes around.

I hope I get grandkids someday. The oldest doesn’t want kids, the middle isn’t sure she wants them yet, and the youngest isn’t sure either. That bums me out. But maybe they’ll change and want kids. I sure hope so

They have plenty of time to change their minds. I always said I didn’t want to get married and have kids. But I changed my mind and had my first child when I was 30.

Yeah. Mine are 25, 20, and 14. I am pretty sure the 25 year old will not want kids though because she’s bipolar and unstable. She can barely take care of herself let alone a kid. So we’ll see what happens in the future.

Yeah, I always used to say I didn’t want kids.
