Got some sleep last night

I was worried the Vraylar was giving me insomnia, as I slept maybe 2 hours a night for three nights

Last night I doubled my Promethazine to 50mg (I’m allowed to do that as PRN)

Got about 9 hours!

Must have been the drop in dose of Latuda that caused the problem

Sleep is so important to recharge those batteries so glad you got a good one in. Changing meds is really hard. I have done it a lot as I’ve always been pretty aggressive with my search for good function.

It’s worked sometimes and other times it’s been a failure but it’s worth trying. I hope you continue to move forward and sort it all out! I’m a fan of you matey and like to see you succeed.

Do you take your vraylar in the morning??

I take it in the evening. Was thinking to try morning but I doubt it would make much difference as it has a crazy long half life

Is the vraylar helping with negative symptoms? (if you have them )

It’s hard to say right now

Only been on it for 3-4 weeks

My life has become nothing of note due to the negative symptoms

Not sure how I will notice a change until I start working again and see how I do

Took 50mg Prmethazine again last night and was up at 4am :frowning:

Still progress though!

Far from it - all you’ve overcome and accomplished already.

Glad you slept.

It feels like we’re going in circles trying to find a right med

The integration back into my local community is non-existent

A bit difficult to not take it personally, as it’s me that’s the problem, not the others

When I was younger I pushed away the good people. This is on me
