Got a badass headache

Left my fan on last night and woke up with a bad head. Closed the curtains and just living quiet just now.

Uh…i cant function when I get a headache. Mine is almost always caused by sitting in front of the computer when I write or read stuff… But I can’t handle it, I immediately take something, a pain killer.

Have taken ibuprofen and have closed the curtains and in bed. Am supposed to meet my support worker in half an hour but that won’t happen. Have left him a voice message.
