Unfortunately, it’s a necessity. My headaches were so bad that I rejoiced when a chicken got it’s head cut off. Oh, well. Did I actually think I could live without one?

ok, i’m a bit bummed out,
headaches really suck, i try and fight them off naturally but sometimes it just lingers and gets worse, the last headach i had was coming and going then it got worse over the period of about 5hrs and i gave in and took a painkiller
I don’t like to medicate them either but I do use tylenol sometimes.
I get them especially in the back of my head and the top.
