I’m making a whole chicken for supper and I’ve long forgotten how to do that as I only do it about once a year. They had a huge sale on them so I bought two. I sure hope it turns out good. Making baked potatoes, stuffing and corn along with it. It’s like a little Christmas dinner

It’s not difficult. You just cover it with salt and butter and bake it for like an hour. I don’t know what temp though. Maybe 350

It’s a small chicken so less than 2 hours I figure.
