It was a 5$ chicken. Season with salt and pepper and garlic. Bake at 350 for 75 minutes. Just perfect. Then put the carcass in a slow cooker with carrots and celery and onion and one can of broth and then water to almost cover.
Then I make a homemade cream of mushroom sauce for pork chops and greenbeans. Going to be a couple of good low carb days.
