I drink only a cup of coffee in the morning. Here it’s 14:10 pm.

Oh i had sleep paralysis last night, it was so bad, no details though, i woke up at 8am now it’s afternoon here
I slept well, got about nine hours, woke up just before 8:30; it is now approaching 9am. My coffee was great

I’m feeling pretty good; today I have to see if I can find my HS diploma, to take it to my pharmacy job for licensing purposes, then around noon I’ll leave to go to my teaching job.
I was going to do laundry this morning, but I woke up later than I had planned on, so I might have to do that tomorrow.
I always sleep to much, go for test soon on that.
