Good morning everyone.

I’m very restless and agitated today.

Good morning. Mr Turtle is taking the day off work today because I have been suicidal. We are going out for a coffee this morning and maybe a walk around the shops.

My next psychiatrist appointment is this Friday at 4.30pm and I must tell him everything about how I have been feeling recently.

Hopefully he will increase my antidepressant and change me back to Invega because the LAtuda makes me vomit every night I take it.
