Good morning, back to my regular sleeping patterns

Good morning everyone :slight_smile:

I’m back to my regular sleeping patterns.

Well, almost, I went to bed at 12am rather than 9:30pm, which is my usual healthy routine, but yesterday I slept a lot in the day, and I’ve woken up refreshed.

I’m going to do my t’ai ji at 10am and hopefully get back into my routine.
