It’s 3:00 am and I can’t sleep and I need to get up at 6:00 am.
Soooo, I drank two Dr. Peppers and I’ll just stay up all night and run my errand in the morning and hopefully go for a walk.
Only problem is: almost every time I try this I fall asleep at 5:00 or 6:00 and then sleep right through the time I’m supposed to get up.
Maybe this time will be different?
Something about trying the same thing over and over again and expecting different results?
