Anyone have advice or wisdom?
Husband said we’re doing something after last night. I’ve been struggling.
So going back to public mh clinic, for their walk in to see their providers again. I want to see my old psych and possibly a case manager. My attempts with private psychs haven’t been successful.
I hope I don’t chicken out.

You’re so good @POET Thanks for the support. I’ll be ok. Heck, I even actually showered so I’ll be ready. They open in just over 1 hr.
