Going to try it again

Going to remain on 3.5 mg of risperidone for at least a week then going to try to go down to 3mg once again.
This time I’m reducing my dose slowly and see how I do.

Good but promise yourself that you not react to bad emotions or thoughts which will surely come due to withdrawal effects.

Thanks @GoldenRex @GrayBear @Om_Sadasiva and yes @pr21 I think last time I went down too fast and was reacting to withdraw symptoms.
