Going on a new diet to combat side effects and symptoms

I’m going to try eat healthy and cut out all bad foods to get rid of stuff. Might focus on natural remedies for things such as nausea (ginger)

I found staying away from caffeine and creating a nice personal kind of heaven where you can chill really helps.

I always want to do this, but when it comes to getting rid of stuff I like that I know are bad for me - pizza, burgers etc. I never know what to actually replace them with. So I end up eating them still and not changing :confused:

It is probably better to do that than defaulting to junk food. Might want to explore gluten avoidance too.
