Quitting nicotine is HARD! Help?

Maybe copy cat what i do when i think i have too many cigarettes? I only allow my self to have one every 2 hrs. Which is a max of 8 per day. I also play around with triggers. below 1.Wait 5 - 15 after a meal and not immediately after. Most times i dont want one anymore. Try not to smoke for first 30 minutes after waking. Do pleasant stretching exercises instead. (or some other thing like a shower). cut off time is 1hr before bed. smoking before bed keeps some people awake. last, drastic measure, patches. ohhh smoking with one on will make someone so very sick. roomspinning kind of sick.
