Thanks. It’s expensive in the UK. It doesn’t seem to be available in our supermarkets.

Woah, that’s kinda pricey…lemon and black pepper is good and on asparagus, too. Can toss both on grill…I don’t cook fish In house too stinky

Imported foods on Amazon are.

I have never eaten salmon. I’m not a fish person. Consequently, my kids have never tried fish. That being said, my son went on a missions trip with our church, and he ate salmon while there and loved it! I never would have guessed.

I love fish and seafood . I always get a few seafood bits when doing the weekly shop. Sometimes I’ll get battered fish pieces or fish cakes. As for the fresh fish you grill - I love it but don’t love the hassle of cooking it. If I had a personal chef I’d have lots of fish dishes. One thing I really miss is the fish casserole my mum did(fish sliced potatoes and tomatoes and onions in a butter sauce. Would probably be deemed terribly unhealthy nowadays because of the butter sauce but it was delicious.

Thanks for sharing those recipes. Salmon is my favorite fish. It’s delicious and healthy. I had salmon last night for dinner.

I usually put it on a bed of spinach leaves and put red pesto all over it, then bake in oven for 20 minutes.
The salmon becomes nice and juicy

I do like fish sticks though.
Had some in a sandwich earlier today.
