For those who have herniated disc i have just one quick question

Do you have any difficulty on your toilet habits?

I would think that enough back pain could interfere. Turning or reaching to wipe, etc. Sitting for a long period of time. Using a stool for feet can reduce the pressure on the lower back.

If you are losing control of your bowels it is an emergency because it can become permanent.

But yeah when I herniated a disc I found it really hard to wipe due to pain.

No not like losing control but when i try toilet i got some difficulty like try to push harder for result. But its not extreme difficulty. İ got mr and doctor said that i have minor herniated disc but not big issue

I would maybe see a doctor just in case. In the meantime are you on opioid painkillers? They can cause constipation. Plus are you drinking enough water?

A stool will help so you don’t have to push so hard. Lifting the feet 6-9 inches and leaning forward allows you to go faster and easier.
