Foolish man? I am a happy fool

Maybe some don’t understand the new meaning of art in my life…? I used to work for this guy in florida who was an art collector…his house was filled on every wall of beautiful works of art…all originals…I used to spend the night there in his mansion and my cousin lived there. I long to gaze at beautiful art again for my own…why is that so hard to understand…this is my only chance at getting the art I need.

You’re thinking of art as a product in a way, something you own. I’m trying to move to a point where art is something I do every day. It’s about the act of creating the art, the product has become less important to me. Selling the service and/or the prints has fallen by the wayside.

@jukebox instead of spending most of your money on pieces of art, you should be spending it on essential items like food and other important stuff.
I don’t understand your thinking.

Are you manic?

oh you guys !! I am not bipolar. I am not schizoaffective…I’ve always used my stimulus checks to improve my life…this is no different…I value art highly and I am only buying prints so it’s not that much money.

if you got the money for it and it makes you feel good then go for it, i would say… but try to not spend too much for what you have =)

Sometimes I see something mysterious in a work of art. Maybe it comes from the artist by some process. I have seen some ideas in Monet’s paintings. Currently I am studying art to see if the artist is the one who puts the mysteries into a great work of art.
But any art can be inspirational.

On my wall, I have a print of Marcel du Champ’s Nude Descending a Staircase. It has a practical value, too, in that it reminds me to be careful on the stairs.
