worried ive been poisoned. its really itching where they put the needle in. and feels heavy 
so very anxious and worried

You can have a local reaction to an immunization without it being anything serious. I’m glad you had the flu jab. My son caught flu this year and it sent him back into psychosis, which was pretty rough. I am going to ask him to get the jab next year.
No poisoning…maybe sore at injection site?
If it doesn`t feel better tommorow, go back to the place where you got the shot and let them look at it.
Call a doctor or a pharmacist and tell them this. Ask what they recommend.
Got hit with a cold four days after my flu shot.

next year my CPN wll do the injection for me. my arm is still sore and i have a headache still :(. feel worse i think coz im anxious about the stuff they out in me
I have a fear - anxiety of all things related to medicine. For one thing I am sensitive to meds - I will get a lot of side effects from even small doses. I would NEVER get a flu shot - I dont like injections of anything into me- I get paranoid -
with that said, I think that you will be fine @wizzer8187 its probably some anxiety - anxiety can bring out all kinds of physical manifestations as well - man I hate anxiety!
Me neither I dont trust the flu shot, plus I never get the flu anyways.
they inject you WITH flu. I know it’s the dead virus and that has to be the right strain.
I’ve never met someone who got a flu shot and didn’t get a full blown flu.
I’ve heard mixed reviews of the flu shot. The idea is that it makes your immune system stronger in fighting the flu, but flu strains evolve every year so I’m skeptical how well it works.
