I was rudely awoken at 6am by a bird with a repetitive monotone chirp that sounded just like an alarm clock, except I couldn’t switch the damn thing off! Have my induction at the gym very soon and I’m so damn tired… That bl**dy bird!

When i lived in al i had a city mocking bird living outside my window… it would make car alarm, ambulance siren and chainsaw noises at about 3am … we have mocking birds here too but they mostly just make other bird noises…

It was a real bird lol, my boyfriend hears it too.
Strangely we don’t have mockingbirds here, yet this bird does a hell of an impression of an alarm clock! It’s too good ha ha
