Flexjob - any experience?

I am going to apply for a flexjob.
It’s a thing you can get here in Denmark where if they assess that you’re not able to work full-time, you can work part-time but still get full-time pay, provided by the county.

I talked to my cousin about it, who’s a case manager in another county, and she said she would be glad to come here and help me in a meeting with my own case manager.

Does your country have anything like that?
Got any experience with it?

No, the US defines flexjobs as flexible jobs you can work at home or in office or a combination.

We do have flexjobs here but you are paid according to the number of worked hours.
